These Terms of Service govern your use of the InstaTrainMe® platform, including our mobile applications and website. By using InstaTrainMe®, you agree to these terms.

InstaTrainMe® is a marketplace that connects clients with independent fitness professionals. We are not responsible for the actions of trainers or clients on the platform, but we enforce conduct standards for all users.

Payment for sessions is processed through the app. Cancellation policies apply — see Section 6 for full details. Refunds are issued according to our refund policy.
